The Birdies Flock League is a limited-membership community designed for women who want consistent play, connection, and a welcoming weekly golf experience. For $110, members receive access to secured Thursday tee times at 5:30pm at Gleneagles Golf Course, with space for 24 women to play each week.

Q&A:

Q: If I join as a member am I committed to play for 20+ weeks?

A: No. You are joining and paying for a membership fee. That membership secures your spot in the Flock, secures a place holder for guaranteed tee-times (Thursday at 5:30pm at Gleneagles) a bag tag, and an invite to the social meet and greet. After you are accepted as a member, you will pay to play. If you play one time, or 5, 10, 20x its up to you, and your schedule. 

Q: How do you pay for your tee-time spot?

A: You will check in with the pro-shop and pay your green-fee on the day you have selected to play.

Q: I'm away a whole month, should I give my spot to someone who can use it more often?

A: No, the membership is doubled up, because we realize that not everyone is available to play each week, this will allow for you to be flexible in the membership and only play with it works for you!

Q: What if each Thursday is always full and I can never get a tee-time?

A: If this happens, Birdies is doing a great job at growing golf for women! If we notice we have more of a demand for play, we will add more tee-times to the end of day to make sure we get more of our membership playing golf. 

Q: Do I need to be good? 

A: No, this league is more about connection and meeting other like minded women that want to play golf. You should come with some prior experience of playing golf and know how to move through the golf course. Having played 9 or 18 holes experience is recommended. 

Q: Are there any rules?

A: Yes, have fun! But, we also need you to golf in time. Our number one rules will be watching our Pace of Play which will be monitored throughout the season, its expected that you complete 9 holes in 2hr and 15min at Gleneagles. 

Q: What if I can't get there until later than 5:30pm

A: Once we have our membership fulfilled, you will be invited to register for our golf app. Here you will go in weekly and pick a tee-time that works best for you. There will be 6 times from 5:30pm and later (10min intervals) until 6:30pm. 

Q: What if I signed up and never ended up playing one round of golf?

A: There will be no refunds for the membership - we hope you join in eagerness of golfing with the Flock. If there is a medical emergency or something unforeseen happens, you can email Courtney at courtney@birdiesgolf.ca
